Our team is American and Chinese, with experience in the Shanghai design industry since 2005.

Starting then, as part of ReignDesign, we created logos, basic websites, and print materials, mostly for foreign startups in Shanghai.

In 2008, Lantern was incorporated as a new Shanghai company, opening a new office at Park Space in Shanghai's Luwan District with ReignDesign and Koofeel Interior Design.

Lantern's director is Andrew Kruse, an American living in Shanghai since 2005. Since then, he has managed the successful completion of over 200 design projects for over 40 clients.
